Hi Everyone,

My name is Mairéad and I am your Student Union Deputy President in LIT. I hope you find this site helpful.

The student’ union is open for you every day so please call in any time. LIT has many resources available in tough times. I am always there if you need a chat and if it is something more serious we have a terrific counselling service on campus, available to all students. Just remember no problem is too small and talking it out can really help.

If you would like to get involved with positive mental health initiatives just let me know. I would love to have more people involved. If you have any ideas you think can work in the college, let me know and we will see what we can do.
